Cancelation Policy

Deposits are non refundable! If you need to reschedule your appointment or class you must contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance or you will forfeit your deposit. If you arrive late for your service and fail to give us notice a $25 late fee will be added to your bill. If you book a follow up and fail to show, a $25 inconvenience fee will be deducted from your credit. All no call no shows will result in loosing your full deposit no exceptions.
